ActiveSyncFilters designed to give users more abilities to adjust synchronization parameters then ActiveSync gives by default. ActiveSyncFilters allows a user to set which of items should be synchronized and which not. ActiveSyncFilters works with following items:
Contacts, Appointments, Tasks and Notes from MS Outlook and the same items on Pocket PC,
Files from “Pocket_PC_NAME My Documents” folder on desktop and files from “\My Documents” folder of Pocket PC.
With ActiveSyncFilter you can synchronize either all items or selected only. The filter settings are individual for each Pocket PC. You can specify independent filter settings for object transfer from desktop PC to Pocket PC and for reverse transfer.
